First off, thanks for all the feedback we received from our last email. We made some changes and really appreciate your input. If you have anything else to share, we’re all ears.
One thing we were made aware of was, on some visitors browsers (Google Chrome) they are getting a Phishing error that looks like this:
We have done extensive research on the matter and have found some answers.
Answer #1 – Yes, phishing is a real issue.
Answer #2 – There was a file that had been compromised.
Answer #3 – We removed this file and set up barriers to prevent malicious code from coming to our site.
No site errors!
Currently, Google is seeing now Security Issues.
This is how Google is seeing NWOUT.com:
There are no blocked resources on NWOUT.com.
No manual webspam actions have been found.
And finally, no mobile or HTML issues are being reported.
All of this data game from Google’s own Search Engine Console.
Answer #4 – We have been communicating with Google on a daily basis to get the report removed.
Answer #5 – It seems this phishing report is only being seen if a user is using Google Chrome as their internet browser.
You can use Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Safari as a browser and the site is working fine.
Answer #6 – The site is safe, clean, and secure and orders can and have been placed.
Thanks so much for your patience.
We will keep you posted as we find out more information from Google Chrome.
